Fiserv CBS Worldwide will incorporate the technology of SEDONA Corporation to provide a Web-based customer relationship management solution to current and future CBS Worldwide clients. The new product suite - called DecisionHouse - is the newest entry into the CRM market by CBS Worldwide, a dominant player in core processing and client/server applications in the financial services industry. The DecisionHouse suite will include analytics, advanced profitability analysis and customer relationship lifecycle management tools.
