Other partners elect to resell SEDONA’s Intarsia CRM system as a value-added component with their existing portfolio of products.

Intarsia can be completely implemented at a customer site in as little as 6-8 weeks. This includes a system that is fully integrated and tailored for a specific end user client. SEDONA partners are using the Intarsia CRM solution to drive add-on CRM sales to existing customers and new core system sales to prospects. In some cases, partners are even offering the Intarsia system to new customers on top of a competitor’s core processing system. In this way, CRM is allowing them to expand their opportunities with existing customers and to be able to address otherwise inaccessible prospects.
